We recommend that you activate SMS Alert in your Client Area account, as it is important for your comfort and security. We don't use it to send newsletters, but you can get several benefits by activating SMS Alert.

You will receive an SMS alert when you receive a reply to your ticket, an invoice is generated, a product is suspended / not suspended and various other triggers.

Step 1: Log in to your TurboHost customer area using your login credentials.

Step 2: Under "Hello, Your Name" click on "Edit account details".

Step 3: Change the "Receive SMS notifications" preference to "Yes".

Step 5: In the "Mobile number" field choose Country code then enter your mobile number and click "Save changes".
