Yes. The transfer process will depend on the company or entity where your domain is registered.
Essentially, you just need to ask that company or entity to change the DNS servers registered with your domain to our DNS servers.
You will receive an indication of which DNS servers are ours along with the access details to your hosting account.
We recommend that you keep your hosting service with your current provider (ISP) until you are sure that the transfer process has been completed.
All emails and web pages will remain accessible via your old site.
When the company or entity responsible announces that it has completed the process of transferring the DNS servers, you will have a waiting period of 24 to 72 hours until everything is completed and the worldwide propagation is complete.
The process will be automatic and your site will not go down or lose emails.
